' ake cimo, MN 55042 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Lake Elmo City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2006, 7:00 p.m. at <br />City Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota, to consider the application of Neil <br />Krueger, 4452 Lake Elmo Avenue N.., Lake Elmo, for a grading and excavating permit that results in the <br />moving of 1,806 cubic yards of material in order to provide a larger flat area for Christmas tree sales and <br />better parking. Pursuant to the Lake Elmo City Code, Section 505.03, Subd. 9A, any grading and <br />excavating plans that result in the moving of 400 cubic yards of material per acre requires a public hearing <br />and approval of the City Council. <br />All persons who wish to be heard regarding this grading and excavation permit will be given that <br />opportunity at this public hearing.
