a. Consult with the OWNER to clarify and define the OWNER'S <br />requirements for the Project and review available data. <br />b. Advise the OWNER as to the necessity of the OWNER'S providing or <br />obtaining from others, data or services of the type(s) described under the <br />General Agreement and act as the OWNER'S representative in connection <br />with any such services. <br />C. Identify and analyze requirements of governmental authorities having <br />jurisdiction to approve the design of the Project and participate in <br />consultations with such authorities. <br />d. Conduct professional studies and evaluations resulting in the preparation <br />of a Feasibility Report containing one preliminary design, opinion of <br />probable construction costs, preliminary assessment roll, Statement of <br />Feasibility, and Project schedule, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Rules 429. <br />e. Furnish 10 copies of the Feasibility Report, and review them with the <br />OWNER <br />£ Attend Public Hearing. <br />2. Desian Phase Services <br />On the basis of the approved Feasibility Report, TKDA shall: <br />a. Advise the OWNER as to the necessity of the OWNER'S providing or <br />obtaining from others, additional data or services of the type(s) described <br />under the General Agreement, and act as the OWNER'S representative in <br />connection with any such services. <br />b. Prepare for incorporation in the Contract Documents final Drawings and <br />Specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction <br />of the Project. <br />C. Assist the OWNER in connection with the OWNER'S responsibility for <br />filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />d. Advise the OWNER of any adjustments to the latest opinion of probable <br />construction cost caused by changes in extent or design requirements of <br />the Project and furnish a revised opinion of probable construction cost <br />based on the drawings and specifications. <br />-2- <br />
