e. Prepare for review and approval by the OWNER, his legal counsel and <br />other advisors Contract Agreement Forms, general conditions, <br />supplementary conditions, bid forms, invitations to bid and instructions to <br />bidders, and assist in the preparation of other related documents. <br />f. Submit copies of the above documents and of the Drawings and <br />Specifications to the OWNER. Make minor revisions and adjustments <br />following the OWNER'S review. <br />B. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />During the Bidding Phase, TKDA shall: <br />a. Reproduce final Contract Documents and related Contract Forms for <br />bidding and construction purposes. <br />b. Assist the OWNER in obtaining bids for one prime contract. <br />C. Prepare bid tabulation. <br />d. Assist the OWNER in evaluating bids and in assembling and awarding the <br />contract. <br />2. Construction Phase - Administration and Staking <br />During the Construction Phase, TKDA shall provide the following general <br />services: <br />a. Consult with and advise the OWNER and act as the OWNER'S <br />representative as provided in the Contract Documents. <br />b. Attend and assist the OWNER with pre -construction conference to be <br />attended by the Contractor, the OWNER and others as may be requested <br />by the OWNER. <br />C. Provide reference points, on a one-time basis, for the Contractor's use in <br />laying out the work, said reference points to be based upon property, <br />boundary, easement, or right-of-way surveys provided by the OWNER <br />pursuant to the General Agreement. <br />d. Make visits to the site at intervals appropriate to the various stages of <br />construction to observe as an experienced and qualified design <br />professional, the progress and quality of the executed work of the <br />-3- <br />
