5. Observations during any guarantee period, and related services. <br />K. Preparation of operating and maintenance manuals; protracted or extensive assistance in <br />the utilization of any equipment or system (such as initial start-up, testing, adjusting and <br />balancing); and training personnel for operation and maintenance. <br />L. Preparing to serve or serving as expert witness in connection with any legal or arbitration <br />proceeding. <br />M. Additional services in connection with the Project, including services not normally <br />finished by the OWNER and services not otherwise provided for in this Authorization <br />and the General Agreement, a part hereof. <br />IV. OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The OWNER'S responsibilities shall be as set forth in our General Agreement and as finther <br />described or clarified hereinbelow: <br />A. Designate one individual to act as the OWNER'S representative with respect to the work <br />to be performed, and such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, <br />receive information, interpret and define policies, and make decisions with respect to <br />critical elements pertinent to the Project. <br />B. Provide TKDA with access to the site as required to perform services listed in <br />SECTION 11 above. <br />V. PERIOD OF SERVICE <br />TKDA will start SECTION H.A services promptly upon receipt of this executed Authorization <br />and complete services by September 2006. SECTION ILB services will be provided concurrent <br />with the contractor's construction schedule. <br />-7- <br />
