Licensing should be annual rather than in perpetuity. <br />2. Storage of stock in trade must be limited to a specific, reasonable upper <br />limit like 100 sq. ft. This could be subject to inspection as part of the <br />licensing requirement. Contrary to flippant comments about a home - <br />inspection -Gestapo, an inspection requirement is a reasonable <br />consideration for the ability to conduct a business in a residential area. <br />3.
