CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: Lake Elmo vs. Sessing Mediation Update <br />Acting Mayor Smith opened up the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />chambers. PRESENT: Conlin, Smith, Johnson, DeLapp, Building Official Jim <br />McNamara, City Engineer Prew, City Attorney Filla, Finance Director Tom Bouthilet <br />and Administrator Rafferty. ABSENT: Mayor Johnston. <br />1. AGENDA <br />M/S/P Conlin/DeLapp — to approve the February 21, 2006 City Council agenda, as <br />amended (Pull off Item 4B off of Consent and place under 5A. Finance.) (Motion passed <br />4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: February 7, 2006 <br />Council member DeLapp asked that the Recording Secretary listen to the meeting tape <br />and insert his comments relating to the County Planning Commission Vacancy. He also <br />pointed out that Councilmember Johnson's statement on page 9, under City Council <br />Reports, that Mr. Georgacas' appearance at the February 7th Council meeting was noted <br />in the Lake Elmo Newsletter was in error.
