Update by <br />agenda, as <br />Council Minutes, as <br />,'I City Council Minutes. <br />meeting will be in bold print. <br />Susan Dunn asked if the #,e�Elmo Comprehensive Plan had been submitted to the <br />neighboring communities and the Met Council, The City Planner responded that the <br />City's Comp plan had been submitted to the Metropolitan Council and the neighboring <br />communities, school districts and Watershed Districts. He explained when the Met <br />Council staff received the Plan for review there were things they would like to see and <br />found it incomplete... recognizing what they are defining what is complete. <br />Council member DeLapp asked fora detailed set of minutes of the November 19`1' <br />hearing where Council members Johnston and Smith, Administrator Rafferty and Planner <br />discuss l met the Met Council staff members.
