Public Informational <br />(1) Donation to Lake Elmo: Betsy Lundquist <br />Brad Winkels, President of the Lake Elmo Fire Relief Association, read a letter from the <br />Lundquist family describing their father, Bill Lundquist, as a man who always wanted <br />be involved in his community.
