Zoning -Text -Amendment — Outdoor Social Events: Ordinance 97-167: <br />The City Planner reported that the Planning Commission considered the Council's concerns stated at the <br />April 18, 2006, meeting and adopted 3 additional recommendations as mandatory CUP conditions. <br />Additional conditions to be added: Tents are to be allowed; events only during the months of May to the <br />end of October; limited to 250 people, hours will be from 10:00am to 10:00pm with all activities <br />stopped and event attendees/staff off the side; and lighting will have to follow City ordinances. <br />M/S/P Johnston/Johnson - to table until a version of the ordinance with the Council's modifications <br />included is presented at the May 16, 2006, Council meeting. <br />(Motion passed 4-0) <br />5/10/2006 <br />
