Lake Elmo <br />Agenda Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning <br />No. 9E <br />City Council <br />May 16, 2006 <br />Agenda Item: Park Plan Update — Request for Proposals <br />Background Information for May 16, 2006: <br />Staff presented a Request for Proposal to update the 1990 Park Plan to the Park Commission on April 17. <br />The Commission reviewed the draft RFP, suggested a handful of minor modifications and adopted a <br />recommendation to the City Council that the RFP be approved as modified. With City Council concurrence <br />this RFP will be distributed to a limited number of local planning/design firms noted for their park planning <br />expertise. The planning department of our "house" consulting firm (TKDA) will be included .
