DRAFT <br />Mayor Johnston called the Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m, in the Council <br />Chambers. COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Conlin, DeLapp, and Smith. <br />ABSENT: Johnson. STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Rafferty, City Planner <br />Dillerud, Finance Director Bouthilet, Building Official McNamara, Fire Chief <br />Malmquist, Parks Supt. Bouthilet, City Engineer Prew, City Attorney Filla, and <br />Recording Secretary Freeman. <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />1. AGENDA: <br />Additions: 7A (3) Park Use Preliminary Information; 9F METC meeting update, <br />Changes: Moved 8C to Closed Session, moved 10A to Closed Session; Moved 7B (1) <br />and 7B (2) to 3A (3), <br />M/S/P Conlin/DeLapp — to approve the September 5, 2006, City Council Agenda as <br />amended.
