(Motion Passed 5-0) <br />12. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />A. Mayor Johnston informed Council he had just been appointed to the Greater <br />Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Their monthly meetings are <br />scheduled the second Tuesday of every month. He requested a start time change of the <br />City's Council Workshop to 6:30 p.m. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Park — to change the starting time of the Lake Elmo Council Workshop to <br />6:30 p.m. (Motion Passed 5-0) <br />B. Council Member DeLapp welcomed Council Member Park. <br />C. Council Member Johnson welcomed Council Member Park and congratulated <br />Building Official McNamara for 25 years of service to the City. <br />D. Council Member Park thanked the residents for electing her to the City Council. <br />E.
