Issue #13
Why would 13000 residents (2.5 X 5200 RECs)
south of 10th St., living at 3 units per acre or
more density, be any different politically than
10,500 residents (2.5 X 4200 RECs) south of
10th St and 2500 residents (2.5 X 1000 RECs)
in the Old Village, all living at 3 units per acre or
more density.
Why will the new people who move into that high
density housing be any different, whether they
live south of 10th St or in the Old Village?
Neither population will have any idea about the
small town we all moved here to enjoy.
