Beach issue: Lake Elmo resident brought in four truckloads to create a sand beach and <br />dumped dirt on his neighbor's property. The request didn't go to the City or the VBWD. <br />The DNR notified the VBWD. <br />13. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPPORT: <br />A. Meeting with Mn/DOT on Heart of America <br />Administrator Kueffner reported the HOA and motel would access onto the service lane, <br />now under the jurisdiction of Mn/DOT. At a meeting with Mn/DOT, she was told that it <br />has been their desire to turn -back the service road to the City.
