C. Set date for Comprehensive Plan Workshop <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to call a special meeting of the Lake Elmo City <br />Council on Tuesday, October 10, 2000 from 5-7 p.m. to discuss the draft <br />2000 Comprehensive Plan. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />D. Ordinance amending Section 520.01 Subd 2 Review of Zoning <br />Administrator <br />The Zoning Administrator shall have sixty days instead of 30 days to <br />complete the review of the site and building plans. During the same 60day <br />period, the Council and Planning Commission shall also review the site and <br />building plan and refer the plan to other City staff for review for the same <br />purpose. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to adopt Ordinance 9764, An Ordinance <br />amending Section 520.01, Subdivision 2 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. <br />(Motion passed 4-0.) <br />10.CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: None <br />I LCITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Hunt reported the Washington County Green Space referendum is on <br />the November 71h ballot. He attended the groundbreaking of Heart of <br />America, which will be open in February or March. <br />Councilmember Dunn attended the Stillwater Chamber of commerce <br />meeting at Gormans on Highway 5., with the City Administrator and Lake <br />Elmo business people.
