Lake Elmo City Council Minutes <br />November 21, 2000 <br />2000. The applicant has submitted a Final Plat/Plan and Final Landscape Plan, both <br />of which are consistent with approved preliminary Plat and Plan, including the two <br />conditions of approval, and, the standards of Section 300 and Section 400 of the City <br />Code. The staff and City Attorney have prepared a draft Development Agreement. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — to adopt Resolution No. 2000-058 approving the Final Plat <br />and OP Final Plan and Development Agreement of Cardinal Ridge. (Motion passed <br />3-0.) <br />Trucks going through Parkview Estates: Planner Dillerud responded it's a public <br />street, but it would be nice if the developer would alert their truck drivers to stay out <br />of Parkview Estates when working on Cardinal Ridge. Tim Weiner, developer and <br />builder, stated it is their intent to steer people away from Parkiew. <br />C. Cardinal Ridge — Escrow Reduction <br />Tom Prew reported the developer has completed most of the grading and storm <br />sewer work. Some of the gravel for the street is in place. Prew recommended and <br />certified that $167,151 of the work remains, requiring an initial Letter of Credit for <br />Cardinal Ridge in the amount of $208,938.75. <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp - to reduce the escrow requirements for Cardinal Ridge from <br />$398,586.25 to $208,938.75, as certified by the City Engineer. (Motion passed 3-0.) <br />D. Tana Ridge — Escrow Reduction <br />Tom Prew recommended reduction of the Tana Ridge escrow from $53,125 to <br />$8,000. <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp - to reduce escrow amount for Tana Ridge from $53,125 to <br />$8,000 based on the certification and recommendation of the City Engineer. (Motion <br />passed 3-0.) <br />10. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />NONE <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Hunt: <br />The Highway 36 Study Committee will meet November 22"d, 9-11 and members will <br />be attending the December 19°i council meeting with an updated report. <br />0 <br />
