13. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Strategic Planning: <br />Administrator Kueffner is in the process of contacting firms that provide <br />"Goal Setting" seminars for municipalities and asked each Council member <br />to think of one issue they would like to have addressed at the session to get <br />back to her before the January 16th meeting. <br />B. Ordinance Repealing Section 540 "Uniform Name and Numbering <br />System", and Resolution advising the Washington County Board of <br />Commissioners of the City's desire to no longer participate in the program. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Dunn — to adopt Resolution No. 2000-071, A Resolution <br />Canceling Agreement No. 1 between Washington County and the City of <br />Lake Elmo relating to Participation in the County's Uniform System of <br />Street Naming and Numbering. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Dunn — to adopt Ordinance 9765, An Ordinance repealing <br />from the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, Section 540 "Uniform Naming and <br />Numbering System. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />B. Volunteer Appreciation Party <br />The Lake Elmo Banquet Hall has been booked for Friday, February 9, 2001 <br />for the annual volunteer appreciation party. An invitation roster (also <br />include election judges, legislators, Met Council Rep Mark Huginen and Joe <br />Rogers) will be sent for council review. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to approve the February 9, 2001 date for the <br />Volunteer Appreciation party located at the Lake Elmo Banquet Hall. <br />(Motion passed 5-0). <br />D. Conference for Newly Elected Officials 2001 Leadership Conference for <br />Experienced Officials <br />The League of Minnesota Cities will be holding the 2001 Conference for <br />Newly Elected Officials and Leadership Conference for Experienced <br />Officials.
