The attached ordinance corrects Ordinance 9767 adding Section 235.03-1 <br />which should be been an amendment to Section 210.03-1. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Armstrong — to adopt Ordinance No. 9769 repealing Section <br />800.01 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to adopt Ordinance 9770 amending Ordinance <br />9767 relating to Special Appointments to the Planning Commission; <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn - to appoint Bud Talcott, George Dege, Charles <br />Stanley and Dick Gustafson as Special project— Maintenance Advisory <br />members of the Planning Commission. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to appoint Margaret Carlson, Bruce Dunn, Greta <br />Gauthier, Barry Harrison and Fred Banister as Special Project - <br />Environmental members of the Planning Commission. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />E. Resolution Adopting 2001 Fee Schedule <br />Staff requested tabling this at the January 2, 2001 meeting and has had the <br />opportunity to review the fees. A new category was included for <br />Commercial (Old Village existing as New) and the water rates have been <br />amended for all uses as previously shown in the water system cost analysis. <br />The Lake Elmo Fire Dept is not qualified to do inspections on fire sprinklers <br />so the Administrator will have to find out what the inspector would charge <br />for an inspection. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to adopt Resolution No. 2001-04, amending fee <br />schedule for setting fees for 2001. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />F. Appointment of Council Liaisons to City Commissions and Committees <br />Council member Dunn will follow through attending VBWD meetings. <br />Council member Armstrong is the liaison to School District #622, Council <br />member DeLapp serves on the Washington County Planning Commission, <br />Mayor Hunt volunteered to be the liaison to School District #832 and <br />Council member Siedow was not interested in serving as a liaison to any <br />commissions.
