M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to appoint Tom Prew/TKDA, as the City's <br />Engineer for 2001. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />F. Reappointment of City Attorney (Civil) <br />Jerry Filla indicated in his letter dated December 26, 2000, his desire to be <br />reappointed as the City's Civil Attorney. The staff is very pleased with the <br />work received and recommended his reappointment. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to appoint Jerry Filla, Peterson, Frain & <br />Bergman as the City's Civil Attorney for 2001. (Motion passed 4-0) <br />(2) Reappointment of City Attorney (Criminal) <br />Administrator Kueffner reported we do not have the year-end costs for <br />prosecution services and fines and asked that this item be postpone until the <br />January 16, 2001 meeting. <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp — to postpone appointment of the City's criminal <br />Attorney until the January 16th meeting. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />G. Appointment of Financial Advisor <br />In the past few years the City has worked with Paul Donna, then an <br />employee of the Springsted Company, on bonding for the sewer and water in <br />Section 33. Mr. Donna has moved to Juran & Moody a year ago and has <br />expressed interest in continuing this work with the City. Administrator <br />Kueffner had talked to the Planner and Finance Director and both of them <br />would like to continue to work with Mr. Donna and feel that Juran & Moody <br />is a very good company. <br />Paul Steiman, Springsted, stated Springsted would like the opportunity to <br />continue to provide services for 2001. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Siedow - to appoint Juran & Moody as the City's <br />Financial Advisor for 2001. (Motion passed 4-0).
