Hotel Tax <br />Mayor Hunt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />chambers. PRESENT: Siedow, Dunn (arrived 7:05 p.m.), Hunt, DeLapp, <br />City Planner Dillerud, Administrator Kueffner, and Building Official Jim <br />McNamara. ABSENT: Council member Armstrong <br />L AGENDA <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to approve the March 20, 2001 City Council agenda, <br />as amended. (Motion passed 3-0.) <br />2. MINUTES: March 6 2001 <br />Council member DeLapp: Page 7: E&H Earthmovers. The discussion he <br />prompted is not included. Based on Roberts Rules of Order we are not able <br />to bring the ordinance up for reconsideration allowing a special variance for <br />one applicant to put an industrial site 50' from the propertyline.
