7.0 FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />Administrator Kueffner reported the Fire Department Committee <br />recommended approval of reimbursement of cellular phone expenses <br />submitted by Chief Greg Malmquist. <br />Council Member Delapp said he does not support this issue, and suggested that <br />Government rates should apply. <br />M/S/P Siedow/Dunn — to approve payment of the 25.00 per month - <br />retroactive to Chief Malmquist for cellular phone expenses. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />7.D Building Department Activities <br />Building Official/Code Enforcement Officer McNamara reviewed the Building <br />Department Summary Report. <br />Council Member Dunn inquired as to the status of Complaints. <br />Building Official/Code Enforcement Officer McNamara stated he had not <br />received any report from Attorney Shoeberg. <br />8. A & B ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-02, a <br />resolution approving Plans and Specifications and ordering Bids for <br />Pump House #2, to include landscaping. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P Arm/DeLapp — to approve an escrow reduction to Lake Elmo <br />Vista from $223,271.88 to $79,737.50, as recommended by the City <br />Engineer in his January 10, 2002 memo, and approved by the City <br />Planner. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />9. PLANNING, LAND USE, ZONING <br />Planner Dillerud presented GIS mapping of the City, and asked for comments <br />at a future meeting. <br />Lake Elmo City Council January 15, 2002 page 7 <br />
