2. MINUTES: February 5, 2002 <br />M/S/P Dunn/Armstrong — to approve the February 5, 2002 City Council Minutes, as <br />amended. (Motion passed 4-0.) <br />3. PUBLIC INOUIRIES/INFORMATONAL: <br />A. Reschedule March 5"' Council Meeting <br />Due to Precinct Caucus scheduled for March 5th at 6:30 and 7 p.m., the City Council will <br />hold the City Council meeting on March 6, 2002 at 7 p.m. <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to reschedule the Tuesday, March 5th Council meeting because of <br />a conflict with the Precinct Caucus scheduled for this night to Wednesday, March 6th, 7 <br />p.m. (Motion passed 4-0.) <br />The following announcements were made: <br />Minnesota Waterfowl Association Banquet, March 301h at Withrow ballroom. The Head <br />of this organization is Jeff Berg, who serves on the Planning Commission. <br />Open House at Stillwater High School Cafeteria re:Hwy 36 Corridor between Highway 5 <br />and 95 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. <br />Metro Area Blueprint, Maplewood community center, March 12, 7:30-9 a.m. <br />Mayor Hunt apologized for not recognizing the Parks Commission members at the <br />Volunteer Recognition Dinner. <br />Administrator Kueffner will contact Xcel Energy regarding the power outages that <br />occurred twice this week and reported by residents to the Council. <br />Council member DeLapp said some residents are having problems with drainage in the <br />Heritage Farms Development and are bringing these concerns to the Heritage HOA. Jim <br />McNamara and Dan Olinger, who were in attendance, were made aware of these <br />problems because the grading was thought to be out of specs by the contractor. <br />4. FINANCE <br />A. Claims <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong — to adopt Resolution No. 2002-009, Claim Numbers 21187 <br />through 21202 used for February 7, 2002 payroll and Claim Numbers 21203 through <br />21267 in the amount of $204,861.66. (Motion passed 4- 0) <br />5. NEW BUSINESS: None <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. Personnel Policy Amendment - Council took this item off the consent agenda for <br />discussion. <br />At its February 5t1' meeting, the Council directed staff to make a minor change to the <br />proposed amendment to the City's personnel policy.
