CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Resolution designating Precincts/Polling Places <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-026 designating precincts and <br />polling place locations. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />B. 2002 Assessment Report <br />The Local Board of Review will meet at City Hall on Wednesday, the 8th of May, 2002, <br />between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the <br />assessment of said Real Estate for the year 2002. <br />C. Summer Help — Parks Department <br />Parks Superintendent, Mike Bouthilet, recommended that two employees, Michael <br />Wagner and Virgil Niemann be rehired for summer help at $10/hr. Both will work part <br />time flexible hours. The department will place an ad for a new summer employee and <br />present a recommendation at a later date. All summer help is budgeted and monitored to <br />stay within budget. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to approve the rehiring of Michael Wagner and Virgil Niemann as <br />summer workers in the Parks Department, at a rate of $10.00 per hour, based on a <br />favorable recommendation of the Parks Supervisor. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />7. MAINTENANCE/PARK/EIREBULDING: <br />A. Update on Maintenance Dept. Activities: <br />Stop Sign at Klondike <br />Dan Olinger suggested removal of the "Yield" sign and place a "Stop Sign" at 32" d St. <br />where the gravel portion meets the street. A sign could be added warning that Klondike <br />Avenue traffic does not stop or traffic to your right will not stop. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to direct the Maintenance Foreman to remove "Yield" sign on <br />Klondike Avenue going north and add "Stop Sign" to the direction of Klondike Avenue <br />(south) that is not currently controlled and to make up two warning signs that traffic on <br />Klondike does not stop. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />Expansion of storage Building <br />Dan Olinger reported the Menards proposal is a good idea, but the price is high.
