F. Service Contact with William Keran <br />The City received a letter from Attorney Filla indicating he reviewed the William Keran <br />correspondence dated October 31, 200, which was used as a service contact between <br />Keran and Computer Integration Technology. Filla reported that the CIT Contract does <br />not specifically include a non -compete provision, but it refers to a second contract (the <br />"CIT Client Relationship Employment Agreement") which was not attached. Filla did <br />not know if the second contract was executed and whether it contained a non -compete <br />provision. <br />Administrator Kueffner provided a copy of a letter from William Keran stating there is no <br />second contract. The City Attorney will draft a computer service contract between the <br />City and William Keran. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — to approve a computer service agreement between the City and <br />William Keran. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />G. Washington County Fire Chief's Association Fire Service Agreement <br />Attorney Filla reviewed the proposed Washington County Fire Chief s Association — Fire <br />Service Agreement and submitted his comments in letter dated November 16, 2002, <br />H. Appointment of Trails Subcommittee of Parks Commission <br />At the July 17, 2002 Parks Commission meeting, Chairman Bob Schumacher appointed <br />Commissioners Tate, Ekern, and Steele, and Parks Supervisor Mike Bouthilet to a <br />committee for trails. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow - to ratify the appointment of the Trails Subcommittee of the Parks <br />Commission. Regular meetings will be held the 1st and 3`d Monday of every month at <br />6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers until further notice. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />6. FINANCE: <br />A. Resolution No. 2002-130 Claims <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to approve Resolution No. 2002-130, A Resolution Approving <br />Claim Numbers 22789 through 22847 in the amount of $271,600.36. (Motion passed 5- <br />0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to approve Resolution No. 2002-132 approving claim for the Ford <br />Pickup in the amount of $28,965 to Nelson Ford. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />B. Resolution 2002-131 Claims — EnComm Midwest <br />Tom Prew reported in his memo dated November 13, 2002 Well House No. 2 is now up <br />and running and serving the Carriage Station neighborhood. The control manhole <br />between the Old Village area and Carriage Station will be installed this week.
