4. NEW BUSINESS: <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — to remove 517. off the Consent Agenda. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />A. Resolution 2002-127 Approving Void and Reissue of Claim Checks <br />Claim Numbers 22671 through 22724 in the amount of $102,484.40 were issued as <br />replacement checks for the claims listed above, bearing the correct check date. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — DeLapp/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-127, A <br />Resolution Approving Void and Reissue of Claim Checks. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />B. Resolution 2002-128 Claims <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-128, A Resolution Approving <br />Claim Number 22725 in the amount of $240 was deemed to be an emergency payment by <br />the City Administrator; Claim Number 22726 in the amount of $57.41 was used for <br />payroll; Claim Numbers 22727 and 22728 in the amount of $2,500 were used to refund <br />escrow deposits; Claim Numbers 22729 through 22742 in the amount of $13,236.70 were <br />used for payroll; Claim Numbers 54 and 55 in the amount of $6,068.08 were used for <br />payroll taxes; Claim Numbers 22743 through 22747 in the amount of $3,299.82 were <br />used to pay payroll pass through payments; and Claim Numbers 22748 through 22786, in <br />the amount of $6,866.50 were used for election judge payroll. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />C. Resolution No. 2002-129 Charitable Gambling License for <br />Maplewood/Oakdale Lions <br />Maplewood -Oakdale Lions are requesting approval of its annual application to conduct <br />Off -Site Gambling (raffles, bingo) on February 3, 2003, at the Lake Elmo Inn, 3442 Lake <br />Elmo Avenue N. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-129, A Resolution Approving the <br />issuance of a Charitable License by the State of Minnesota to the Maplewood/Oakdale <br />Lions. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />D. Recommendation from Finance Committee (Continued from November 6t") <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to recommend approval of the November 6t" Finance <br />Committee's recommendations on 1. Payment of Sand Creek Invoices, 2. Woodchipping <br />Services, 3. Web Site Development, 4. Proposed New Employee Positions, and 5. <br />Seasonal Modification of Compensatory Time for Public Works Department. (Motion <br />passed 5-0.) <br />E. Appraiser Service Agreement with J.Scott Renne <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to approve the Appraisal Service Contract with J.Scott Renne, <br />MAI to provide appraisal for four road improvement projects between 2003 and 2007 in <br />the amount of appraisal fee of $750 per project for a total of $3,000.
