CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Hunt called the Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council chambers. <br />PRESENT: Siedow, Dunn, Hunt, Armstrong (Arrived at 7:05 p.m.), DeLapp, City <br />Engineer Prew, City Attorney Filla, City Planner Dillerud and Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA: <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to approve the November 6�' City Council agenda, as amended. <br />(Motion passed 4-0.) <br />2. MINUTES: October 15, 2002 <br />M/S/P Dunn/Hunt — to approve the October 15, 2002 City Council Minutes, as amended. <br />(Motion passed 5-0.) <br />3. PUBLIC INQUIRIES: <br />A. Public In uiries: None <br />B. Life Saver Award: Washington County <br />Sheriff Jim Frank and Chief Deputy Steve Pott presented Brittney Pine the Lifesaving <br />Award for performing CPR on her grandfather by receiving verbal assistance from 911 <br />Dispatch Sherry Kirby. Her heroic deed kept her grandfather alive until emergency <br />assistance arrived saving her Grandfather's life. <br />C. Fire Service Agreement <br />The City Administrator had reviewed the Washington County Fire Chief s Association <br />Fire Service Agreement and recommended the City Attorney review the agreement <br />before adoption by the Council. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Aimstrong — to direct the City Attorney to review and comment on the <br />Washington County Fire Chief s Association's Fire Service Agreement, and provide a <br />recommendation to the City Council at its November 19, 2002 meeting. (Motion passed <br />5-0). <br />D. Canvass Results of General Election <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to adopt Resolution No. 2002-123 declaring Lee Iunt as elected <br />as Mayor, for a 2-year term and declaring Steve DeLapp and Dean A. Johnston as <br />Council Members for a 4-year term by a majority of the registered voters of the City of <br />Lake Elmo. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />4.
