R -73 -2 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br />RELATING TO PAYING AGENCY <br />VILJAGE OF TAKE ELMO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Village of bake Elmo is successor to the former Town of <br />East Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS, the former Town of East Oakdale has outstanding certain <br />Street Improvement Bonds dated October 1, 1966, and October 12 1967; and <br />WHEREAS, the First National Bank of St. Paul has heretofore acted as <br />paying agent for the Town of East Oakdale with respect to said bonds; and <br />MRE;AS, the Village Council desires to continue to have said bank <br />act as paying agent for said bonds; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute an appropriate agreement, approved by the village <br />Attorney, between the Village and First National Bank of Ste Paul under <br />which said bank will act as paying agent for said bonds. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 6th day of February, 1973. <br />Calvin J. > ookman, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />�L <br />Donald Metisikamer, Clerk <br />
