R--73-11 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT 1973-2 <br />(1--94 UTILITY CROSSINGS) AND PREPARATION OF PLANS THEREFOR. <br />WREREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the report of <br />the Village Engineer dated March 28, 1973, relating to proposed <br />utility crossings to be placed under the proposed Interstate <br />Highway No. 94; and <br />SHE REAS, it appears necessary, advisable, and in the public <br />interest to coordinate and complete said crossings during the <br />construction of said highway: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Lake Elmo: <br />1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />said Engineer's report and the same shall be made pursuant to the <br />provisions of Chapter 444 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br />2. The Village Engineer is hereby ordered and directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of said improvement. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 17th day of April, 1973. <br />i <br />Calvin J.
