R-73-12 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING BATTIE CREEK DRAINAGE STUDY ONACCEPTABIE . <br />WHEREAS, the Village , Counci 1 of the Village of Lane Elmo has considered <br />the Report of its Engineer on the proposed Battle Creek Drainage Area, a copy <br />of which Report is annexed hereto as "Exhibit A"; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears for the reasons set forth in that Report that the <br />Engineering Study of the Battle Creek Drainage Area submitted to the Village <br />is inadequate in a number of respects: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council hereby adopts <br />the recommendation of its Engineer to the effect that said Engineering Study <br />of the Battle Creek Drainage Area is found to be unacceptable to the Village <br />of Lake Elmo for the reasons set forth in"Exhibit A". <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 1st day of May, 1973. <br />Calvin J.
