Some of the questions noted in Section XIII do not appear to be <br />debatable items, but rather are questions which should be answered by the <br />appropriate authority and established as a statement of fact rather than <br />an unasked, answerable question. <br />Because of the comments noted above, it is felt that the report as <br />submitted is totally unacceptable to the Village of Lake Elmo.
