The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />32, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, <br />Minnesota, excepting therefrom that part described as <br />follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter that is 853.31 <br />feet north of the southwest corner thereof; thence north <br />on the west boundary line of said Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter a distance of 466.69 feet to the <br />northwest corner thereof; thence east on the north boundary <br />line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />4.66.69 feet to a point; thence south on a line parallel <br />with the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter 466.69 feet to a point; thence west on a line parallel <br />with the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter 466.69 feet to a point on the west line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter being the point of <br />beginning of this description; <br />which lies northerly of a line run parallel with and distant 75 feet southerly.of <br />Line 1 described below: <br />Line 1. Beginning at the north quarter corner of said Section 32; <br />thence run easterly on the north line of said Section 32, <br />for 710 feet and there terminating; <br />containing 0.14 acre, more or less, in addition to the existing highway; <br />together with all right of access, being the right of ingress to and egress from <br />that part of Tract A hereinbefore described not acquired herein, to the above <br />described strip except that the abutting owner shall retain the right of access <br />on the easterly 4.0 feet of said strip. <br />
