R-73-26 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-5 <br />(JAMACA COURT DRAINAGE PROJECT) <br />WHEREAS, the Resolution of the Village of Lake Elmo adopted <br />June 5, 1973, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement involving installation of culverts at various <br />locations on or near the right-of-way of Jamaca Court North, <br />sufficient to drain excess surface waters from the adjacent lands; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through <br />two weeks publication of the required notice was given; and it <br />is hereby ordered that the improvement be designated "Improvement <br />Project 1973-5 (Jamaca Court Drainage Project)" and the Village <br />Engineer and other appropriate Village officers proceed to <br />contract for the construction of said improvement in accordance <br />with the plans submitted by the Village Engineer at said hearing <br />and in the manner provided by law. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this loth day of July, 1973. <br />()e <br />W <br />1�p2t <br />Calvin J.
