R-73-33 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A BUDGET FOR 1974. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo <br />has reviewed the financial needs of the Village and the <br />anticipated income of the Village for and during the year 1974; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Council has reviewed the proposed budget <br />prepared by the Village Treasurer and Village Clerk, a copy <br />of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit <br />"A", and finds the same to be reasonable and appropriate in all <br />respects: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said proposed budget <br />is hereby approved and adopted as the budget of the Village of <br />Lake Elmo for 1974. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby <br />directed to certify the particulars of said budget to the <br />Washington County Auditor for taxation purposes, all of which <br />shall be done in the manner and as provided by law. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 2nd day of October, 1973. <br />aizt �W?'44-- <br />Calvin J rookman, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Dghald Mdhs komer, Clerk <br />
