Lake Elmo Village Council Meeting Minutes March 19, 1974 Page 2 <br />Lake Use Motion by C. Shervheim second by C. Pott to approve committeemen <br />Study submitted by mayor subject to their acceptance. <br />Committee: Carried 5 - 0. <br />Names and Lakes are listed below. <br />Eagle Point <br />Jackie Pierre <br />Richard Straumann <br />Lake Elmo <br />Marian Atkins <br />Norm Wendt <br />Lake Olson <br />Robert Peterson <br />Robert Anderson <br />Lake Demontreville <br />Curtis Talcott <br />Donald Hubenette <br />Lake Jane <br />Harold Nelson <br />Conrad Adams <br />Ruth's Since there was a conflict of interest and since he was the requester <br />Addition: C. Shervheim excused himself from the council on discussion of <br />Ruth's Addition. The PZC in their minutes for the meeting of <br />March 12, 1974 1-fisted- - g ee=1�-prov7si�ns o be met- before <br />recommend - approval . l v <br />The Washington County Planning Coordinator report dated March 19, 1974 <br />lists several other req-ul-r_ed e-h-angel . <br />Village engineer in letters dated 3-12-74 and 3-13-74 established <br />normal high water elevation at 884.0 ft. <br />Mr. Shervheim agreed to all the stipulations in the above listed <br />documents. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie second by C. Watson to provisionally <br />accept plat subject to meeting the above conditions (PZC and <br />County Planner). Carried 4 - 0. <br />Mr. Shervheim requested approval to sell lot 7 on a meets and bounds <br />description so lot can be sold and construction started before plat <br />completed. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie second by C. Watson to approve sale of <br />lot 7 with meets and bounds description provided Mr. Shervheim <br />files a bond or certified check with the clerk in the amount of <br />$500.00 guaranteeing completion of plat. <br />Carried 4 - 0. <br />Bldg. Ass'n: Motion by C. Abercrombie second by C. Pott that we retain our membership <br />in the INternational Conference of Building Officials and the state <br />ass'n until such a time as council decides to cancel. <br />Carried 5 - 0. <br />Hammes Motion by C. Shervheim second by C. Pott authorizing mayor to have <br />Gravel Pit & engineer inspect the Hammes and Richert Gravel Pits. <br />Fred Richert Carried 5 - 0. <br />Gravel Pit: <br />
