Meeting of Lake Elmo Board of Review <br />June 18, 1974 <br />Meeting was reconvened June 18, 1974 by Mayor Eder with Council- <br />man Abercrombie, Shervheim, Pott, and Brockman present. The <br />following actions were taken: <br />1. 3M Club: <br />Moved to reduce improvement, ballfield area, from <br />Tartan Park <br />$85,000 to $25,000. Idea being that grading and <br />drainage were not accessable and the spirit of the <br />Minnesota Open Space Law would be best served by <br />a lower evaluation. <br />2. Ron <br />Plate #36-37760-2305, moved to reduce improvement <br />Hockert <br />c <br />and remodeling value from $29,414 to $28,414. <br />3. Al <br />Plate #36-37750-4650 & 4750, moved to reduce land <br />a Caulkins <br />value of 1/2 lot 50% of present indicated market <br />�l✓L w <br />value. <br />m <br />4. Conrad <br />Plate #36-37009-0090, moved�o reduce building <br />1� Adams <br />value from $3,900 to $2,500 <br />di <br />5. James <br />Plate #36-37010-0710 moved that assessor's market <br />',' Oreschnick <br />value hold. <br />I <br />6. Robert <br />Plate 36-37015-5350: Assessor will make a <br />.N ,VBorglund <br />correction of l x 31 measurement error and adjust <br />r'' <br />value accordingly. <br />i <br />7. David <br />Plate #36-37405-2250 moved to set building value at <br />Rooke <br />original assessor's estimate. Individual should be <br />instructed to file for a separate abatement for the <br />year 1973. <br />8. James <br />Plate #36-37585-2150 moved that assessment shall <br />I Parker <br />stand as is. The above was included in a motion <br />ifs <br />made by C. Pott, seconded by C. Shervheim, and <br />carried 5-0. <br />The application for reduction in assessed valuation <br />of Real Estate as submitted by K. J. Kemp of 10240 <br />Stillwater Lane, Lake Elmo, Plate #37670-2150 and <br />2200 was reviewed and examined. Motion by C. <br />Abercrombie, seconded by C.
