R-74-21 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPROVAL OF COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has heretofore submitted its <br />Comprehensive Sewer Plan to the Metropolitan Sewer Board; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has by its resolution R-72-1: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo does hereby re -affirm its prior action and once more urge the Metropolitan <br />Sewer Board to approve the Comprehensive Sewer Plan submitted by this City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded forthwith <br />to the Metropolitan Sewer Board. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of July, 1974. <br />Maynard L.
