R-74-24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF ELECTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, that it is hereby <br />found, determined and declared that the special election held in and for said City <br />on June 11, 1974 was in all respects duly and legally called and held and the re- <br />turns thereof have been duly canvassed, and the votes cast at said election for and <br />against the following question were as follows: <br />Votes YES 384 <br />Votes NO 324 <br />Spoiled or 0 <br />Blank Votes <br />Total Votes 708 <br />and said proposition having received the approval of a majority of the votes cast <br />hereon is hereby declared to have carried. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 18th day of June, 1974. <br />Maynarh <br />Eder, <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Donald Mehsikbmer, Clerk <br />
