Unnumbered <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR GRADING IN PEBBLE PARK <br />WHEREAS, certain plans heretofore approved by the City Council for the develop- <br />ment of the City park known as "Pebble Park" require grading work to be done as <br />a pre --requisite to further development in accordance with said plan; and <br />WHEREAS, some of said grading can be done by Washington County at a substan- <br />tially reduced cost to the City: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City forthwith engage Washington County <br />to complete all of the grading the County is able to complete. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon completion by Washington County of all the <br />grading it is able to do in Pebble Park, the City Engineer shall prepare a plan <br />for completing the remaining grading work and propose the same to the Council so <br />that the Council may authorize advertising of bids for completion of the work. <br />Adopted by the City Council the 16th day of July, 1974. <br />May and L.
