RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING COMMISSIONER A. B. SCHAEFER, <br />SR. FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICES AS COUNTY COMMISSIONER <br />WHEREAS, A. B. Schaefer, Sr, has served Washington County for many years <br />as County Commissioner from the District including the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, Commissioner Schaefer's faithful and dedicated service to Wash- <br />ington County has been marked by a concern for the problems of this munici- <br />pality in co-operation with its governing body: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo that Commissioner A. B. Schaefer, Sr. be, and he is hereby commended <br />for hisoutstanding and faithful service to this community as Washington <br />County Commissioner. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be,and he is hereby, <br />authorized and directed to record this Resolution in the official records <br />of the proceedings of said City and to deliver a certified copy thereof to <br />A.
