R-74-37 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING CALVIN J. BROOKMAN FOR SERVICE <br />TO THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, Calvin J. Brookman has rendered many past services to the City of <br />Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, said Calvin J. Brookman most recently has contributed his time and <br />services to the City by generously accepting appointment to the City Council for <br />the purpose of completing the term vacated on the resignation of Robert Watson; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Calvin J. Brookman will now be leaving office on the comple- <br />tion of that term; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />that Calvin J. Brookman be and he is hereby commended for once again giving of <br />his time and energy for the benefit of this City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is authorized <br />and directed to record this Resolution in the official records of the proceedings <br />of said City and to deliver a certified copy thereof to Calvin J.
