R-74-38 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING OFFICER NEVILLE FOR <br />OUTSTANDING SERVICE AS POLICE OFFICER FOR CITY <br />WHEREAS, Richard Neville has served the Village of Lake Elmo as <br />its police officer for the last three years; and <br />WHEREAS, Officer Neville is now being assigned to other duties <br />within the Washington County Sheriff's Department: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that Officer Neville be, and he is hereby, commended for his <br />outstanding and dedicated service to this community as its Police <br />Officer. <br />This Council has noted Officer Neville's dedication to the per- <br />formance of his duties stems from sincere concern for the preservation <br />of individual rights and privileges and the protection of the public and <br />results in an outstanding performance in his police work. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is <br />authorized and directed to record this Resolution in the official records <br />of the proceedings of said City and to deliver a certified copy thereof <br />to Richard Neville. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 17th day of December, 1974. <br />Maynard Eder, Mayor <br />,Attest: <br />Donald Mehsikomer, Clerk <br />
