After reviewing notice,council on <br />a motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd, by Councilman Pott, <br />to require a public hearing before any operation is <br />approved. Carried 5-0. <br />Elmer Haase: Bldg„ Insp. Mueller ttated+.Mr. Haase is still selling <br />and repairing cars at motel without a SUP. Mr. Mueller <br />and Counsel Raleigh to pursue this until it is resolved. <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman Pott to <br />approve minutes of November i, 1975, minutes as submitted. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Claims: Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons <br />to approve payment of claims 75668 thru 75688. Carried 5-0. <br />Liquor Licenses: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman <br />Abercrombie to approve regular ON SALE and SUNDAY ON SALE <br />for Tartan Park. Carried 5•-0. <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie <br />to approve the regular ON SALE, SUNDAY ON SALE AND OFF SALE <br />for Ben's Elmo inn. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons to approve <br />special 180 dgy ON SALE license for Lake Elmo VFW Post 5725. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Motion,]py:.Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilman Shervheim to <br />approve regular ON SALE, SUNDAY ON SALE AND OFF SALE .for <br />Twin Point Tavern. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie <br />to table any action on a liquor license application of <br />Mr. Witi. McMahon. Carried 5-0. <br />Metro Council: Lake Elmo accepted request to host Regional Meeting of <br />local officials with John Boland of Metro Council. <br />Communities included are Stillwater, Oakdale, Pine Springs, <br />Land Fall, Mahtomedi, Birchwood, Dellwood, Willernie, Bayport, <br />Afton, Oak Park Heights, St. Mary's Point, Lake St. Croix Beach, <br />Lakeland, Lakeland Shores, West Lakeland Twshp, Baytown Twnsp., <br />and Stillwater Township. Meeting scheduled for December 15, <br />1975 at 7:30 P.M. at Oakland Jr. High School. <br />Lake Elmo Airport: Meeting of Metro Council to discuss Lake Elmo Airport. <br />Councilman Shervheim presented Resolution R75-38, reconfirming <br />the MAC'S Current Adopted Master Plan (adopted in 1966) for <br />the Lake Elmo Airport and asked council approval, 2nd by <br />Councilman Pott. Carried 5-0. <br />Adjournment: Motion by Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie to <br />adjourn at10:18 pm. Carried 5-0. <br />
