Motion by <br />Councilman Shervheim to appoint Dorothy Lyons as govern- <br />ment representative and Mary Beers as citizen represent- <br />ative. CArried 5-0. <br />PZC minutes--PZC passed motion recommending 5-acre minimum lot size. <br />Council will take this under advisement. <br />Colosimo: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />authorizing counsel to take legal action to order the <br />correction of the septic problem at the Colosimo property <br />on Lake Elmo Ave. Carried 5-0. <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons <br />to approve the minutes of meeting of the Lake Elmo Council <br />Meeting of October 21, 1975, as submitted. Carried 5-0. <br />Claims: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie <br />to approve payment of claims 75630 thru 75667. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Park Bond: Councilman Abercrombie offered Resolution R75-37 appoint- <br />ing First National Bank of St. Paul as paying agent for <br />the $739,000 Park Bond Issue and requested council approval. <br />2n& by Councilman Pott. Carried 4-0, Mayor Eder abstained. <br />Adjournment: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Abercrombie <br />to adjourn at 10:54 p.m.. Carried 5-0. <br />
