MINUTES OF THE LARE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MEETING, DEC. 2, 1975-- page 3 <br />Minutes: Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman <br />Shervheim to approve minutes of November 18, 1.975 <br />meeting as submitted. Carried 5-0. <br />John Snell: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />to approve rebate of $64.29 to John Snell. for unused <br />gravel in Pebble Park which Mr. Snell had contracted <br />for. Carried 5-0. <br />Bldg. Insp.: Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman <br />Shervheim to approve participation of building inspector <br />in seminar Jan. 5-7, 1976. Council to pay registration <br />($45.00) plus time lost from work. Carried 5-0. <br />Assessor: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons <br />to approve a 12% wage increase for assessor from ;..$3300 <br />to $3696. for. 1976. Carried 5-0. <br />Reichow: Question raised as to what had to be done to install <br />water into the Reichow house. Clerk advised that <br />Reichows had been assessed for water and were entitled <br />to hook-up if they desired. <br />Twin Point Tavern: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman <br />Abercrombie to approve Twin Point being open from <br />12:00 noon to 11:00 p.m. on Sundays during snow season. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Adjournment: Motion by Councilman Abercrombie 2nd by Councilman <br />Shervheim to adjourn at 10:55 p.m. <br />
