R-75-23 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY OF OAKDALE <br />BE RESPONSIBLE AGENCY IN PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT STATEMENT FOR 3M DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Environmental Quality Council is in the <br />process of appointing a Responsible Agency within the meaning of <br />MEQC 23 (Y) to supervise the preparation of an Environmental Impact <br />Statement with respect to the proposed 563 acre 3M Development situated <br />in part in the City of Oakdale and in part in the City of Lake Elmo; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, both of said cities have reached an agreement which <br />their respective City Councils believe will insure consultation and <br />cooperation between said Cities if the said Environmental Impact State- <br />ment is prepared under the supervision of the City of Oakdale as <br />Responsible Agency: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo that the Minnesota Environmental Quality Council be <br />petitioned, and the same hereby is, to appoint the City of Oakdale <br />Responsible Agency for the preparation of an Environmental Impact <br />Statement relating to the said 3M Development. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 15th <br />day of July, 1975. <br />e <br />Mayn'd L.
