R-75-24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br />OAKDALE RELATING TO PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED 3M DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo finds that <br />there is a need for coordinated supervision of the preparation of <br />an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed 3M Development <br />situated within the cities of Lake Elmo and Oakdale, and that it is <br />in the best interests of the City of Lake Elmo to enter into a co- <br />operative agreement with the City of Oakdale for the purpose of es- <br />tablishing a procedure to insure consultation and cooperation between <br />said cities in the event the City of Oakdale is appointed Responsible <br />Agency for the preparation of such statement as provided by the rules <br />and regulations of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Lake Elmo are accord- <br />ingly authorized and directed to enter into a cooperative agreement <br />with the City of Oakdale in substantially the form annexed hereto and <br />made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". <br />Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of July, 1975. <br />'-e.4Y--e-j <br />Mayna L.
