form to the Statutory requirements for such contract <br />or purchase and the City of Oakdale shall act as agent <br />for both cities in making such contracts or purchases <br />and the City of Lake Elmo shall promptly reimburse the <br />City of Oakdale for any expenses made in its behalf. <br />Provided, however, the City of Lake Elmo shall not be <br />responsible for any contracts or purchases or for re- <br />iribursing the City of Oakdale for any disbursements <br />made in behalf of either party hereto without the ex- <br />press written consent of the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo. <br />2) All receipts and disbursements of monies relative. to <br />preparation, review, and submission of the V Environ- <br />mental Impact Statement shall be accounted for by the <br />City of Oakdale based on standard acceptable accounting <br />principles. <br />3) Costs and expenses incurred by either of said cities in <br />connection with the preparation of such Environmental <br />Impact Statement shall be paid by the developer to the <br />extent permitted by law and the ordinances of said cities. <br />Termination of Agreement <br />This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until <br />the Environmental Impact Statement has been either approved or <br />disapproved by the Environmental Quality Council.
