R-75-26 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SEAL COATING PROJECT <br />FOR 1975 <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer's, in accordance with the orders of this <br />Council have made recommendations in their letter dated June 24, 1975, for <br />certain streets to be seal coated during the year 1975; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered those recommendations and <br />determined that it is necessary and desirable to proceed with such seal <br />coating: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: <br />1. That the City proceed with street seal coating in accordance with <br />the recommendations of the City Engineer set forth in his letter dated June <br />24, 1975; said improvement project shall be designated "1975 Seal Coating <br />Project". <br />2. The City Engineer is ordered to proceed forthwith with the prepara- <br />tion of Plans and Specifications for such improvement and in accordance with <br />the said letter of June 24, 1975, and, thereafter to proceed with advertising <br />for bids. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 29th day of July, 1975. <br />C- 110.
