copy of which plans and specifications are attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the City Clerk. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said City Engineers and other officers <br />and employees of the City shall inform the Valley Branch Watershed District <br />and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources of all activities under- <br />taken in connection with said improvement in order that said Agencies <br />shall be fully informed and notified of any matters falling within their <br />jurisdiction; to insure that the City shall have the full benefit of the <br />information and expertise available through those agencies; and, further, <br />to insure that the City of Lake Elmo shall, where possible, support and <br />assist those agencies in fulfilling their Statutory responsibilities <br />within the City of Lake Elmo and surrounding area. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of July, 1975. <br />Mayh rd L.
