R-75-29 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING WASHINGTON COUNTY'S <br />REQUEST FOR AN INTERCHANGE AT COUNTY STATE <br />AID HIGHWAY NO. 15 AND INTERSTATE NO. 94 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has over the last <br />several years periodically reviewed with the City Engineer the road plans <br />for the City of Lake Elmo and has from time -to -time consulted with the County <br />Highway Department with regard to the same matter; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best <br />interests of the City of Lake Elmo if the Minnesota Highway Department were <br />to provide for an interchange at the intersection of County State Aid High- <br />way NO. 15 and Interstate Highway No. 94: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo that the City of Lake Elmo endorses the request of Washington County for <br />such an interchange and hereby urges the Minnesota Highway Department to in- <br />corporate plans for such an interchange in its proposals for the construction <br />of Interstate Highway No. 94. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 5th day of August, 1975. <br />2L��X� �). zf-'z") <br />Maynar L.
